Clinical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of multi-regional clinical studies to ensure delivery meets contractual, quality, and financial requirements.
• Develop integrated study management plans and set objectives for the core project team.
• Manage project risks, contingencies, and problem-solving efforts to ensure study milestones are achieved.
• Serve as the primary project contact for customers, owning the relationship with key stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress against contracts and proactively present information to internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee project financials, including forecasting, revenue acceleration, and managing change control processes.
• Mentor less experienced project team members to support their professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• 7+ years of clinical research experience.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Regional Clinical Project Manager (CPM).
• Proven experience managing projects within the APAC region.
• Full proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Strong knowledge of ICH GCP and relevant local clinical research regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Immunology therapeutic areas.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and competitive environments.
