Clinical Production Operator I

Responsibilities

• Perform production tasks in accordance with cGMPs as an operator or verifier in the production of tissue products within an ISO 7 cleanroom environment
• Execute tissue receipt, tissue preparation, aseptic processing, and real-time documentation
• Maintain cleanrooms and production suites, including cleaning biological safety cabinets and equipment
• Perform environmental monitoring and support continuous equipment monitoring
• Prepare processing reagents and manage material flow and inventory
• Collaborate with supervisors to troubleshoot equipment or process issues
• Participate in technology transfer and process improvement activities

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• High level of organization and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a controlled environment requiring special gowning
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, squatting, and kneeling

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on laboratory experience with biological safety cabinets, pipetting, and reagent preparation
• Experience in a cleanroom, research laboratory, cell therapy, tissue banking, or blood banking environment
