Clinical Performance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Analyze Clinical workflows, processes, and operating models across EMEA to identify efficiency and standardization opportunities
• Define and maintain regional Clinical performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting
• Interpret trends, risks, and improvement opportunities to provide actionable recommendations to Clinical leadership
• Own regional KPI governance processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of issues
• Maintain and improve regional trackers, SOPs, and documentation
• Act as an operational partner to Clinical Education, providing LMS backup and insight-driven support
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, Sales, and Marketing teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of relevant experience in process analysis, metrics, reporting, or operational optimization
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; Power BI proficiency is preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is strongly preferred
