About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical support including harm reduction counseling and overdose mitigation supplies
- Deliver weekly clinical support to program staff and clients
- Consult with multidisciplinary teams to support clients with complex behavioral health, substance use, and medical needs
- Support housing placement, transition, and orientation processes
- Respond to crisis and high-risk situations in collaboration with leadership
- Establish and maintain relationships with outside agencies
- Meet with high-risk clients in community settings, treatment programs, hospitals, and houses of correction
Requirements
- Master's degree in a related field
- Experience working with adults experiencing severe mental illness or homelessness
- Ability to provide flexible, community-based services
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
