About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and product education to hospital customers and sales teams through onsite and virtual implementations.
  • Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to integrate products into protocols aimed at reducing adverse patient events.
  • Organize and support annual clinical studies, including data collection, analysis, and presentation of findings to key clinical leaders.
  • Partner with the Regional Sales Director and Account Managers to support account plans and customer initiatives.
  • Document customer interactions and study data accurately within CRM systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare trends, clinical practice standards, and relevant technology.

Requirements

  • Registered Nursing designation or Allied Health designation (degree, diploma, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in an acute care hospital setting (e.g., ICU, Medical/Surgical).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to clinical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory (Burlington to Niagara Falls and Guelph to Windsor).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a field-based environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in professional practice, clinical informatics, or as a clinical educator.
  • Previous experience within the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Advanced presentation and facilitation skills.
