Clinical Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional case experience to dentists providing sleep products with Aerox Health.
• Act as a key clinical point of contact, answering questions and solving problems across the case journey.
• Embed AI into clinical workflows to make processes simpler, faster, and better.
• Identify opportunities to improve and scale clinical operations as volumes grow.
• Work across sleep assessments, treatment planning, and reviews to ensure clinical robustness.
• Advocate for dentist needs in cross-functional decisions to ensure service excellence.

Requirements

• Qualified dentist or experienced dental healthcare professional with 3+ years of experience.
• Strong interest in sleep medicine and mandibular advancement device (MAD) therapy.
• Ability to commute to our London office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a high-growth or startup environment.
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on high-quality clinical outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a high-growth startup or corporate healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with using AI tools to enhance clinical or operational efficiency.
