Clinical Operations Project Lead

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all operational aspects of global clinical projects to ensure quality deliverables are met on time and within budget
• Provide strategic input into global development plans and prepare operational assumptions for study budgets
• Lead and manage a team of Clinical Operations Study Leads (COSL), providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management
• Act as the primary interface between the Global Project Team and the larger operations group
• Drive multi-disciplinary project teams to meet milestones and clinical development plan requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive the implementation of digital tools and AI to accelerate the portfolio

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field
• 15+ years of pharmaceutical research experience in an industry setting
• 10+ years of experience managing international clinical studies or large-scale projects
• Proven strategic leadership and transversal project management capabilities
• Strong business acumen and understanding of pharmaceutical business processes
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills for interacting with C-Suite and external stakeholders
