About the role

Responsibilities

  • Establish, develop, and grow a specific geography to exceed sales goals
  • Create strategic territory plans and manage business results and ROI
  • Drive strategic business opportunities and partnerships with Academic and Community cancer centers, clinics, and hospitals
  • Develop and maintain Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships
  • Execute sales strategies, tactics, and marketing plans
  • Implement laboratory services agreements (LSAs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional market partners to ensure goal attainment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in Oncology or Diagnostic sales
  • Knowledge of the local oncology market, molecular diagnostics, personalized medicine, and reimbursement
  • Ability to travel up to 50% - 75% within the territory
  • Demonstrated leadership, financial management, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a startup environment
  • Demonstrated oncology clinical and medical expertise
