About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish, develop, and grow a specific geography to exceed sales goals
- Create strategic territory plans and manage business results and ROI
- Drive strategic business opportunities and partnerships with Academic and Community cancer centers, clinics, and hospitals
- Develop and maintain Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships
- Execute sales strategies, tactics, and marketing plans
- Implement laboratory services agreements (LSAs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional market partners to ensure goal attainment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in Oncology or Diagnostic sales
- Knowledge of the local oncology market, molecular diagnostics, personalized medicine, and reimbursement
- Ability to travel up to 50% - 75% within the territory
- Demonstrated leadership, financial management, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a startup environment
- Demonstrated oncology clinical and medical expertise
