Clinical Oncology Specialist

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and grow the East Broward territory to exceed sales goals
• Create strategic territory plans and manage business results and ROI
• Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
• Drive business opportunities with academic and community cancer centers, clinics, and hospitals
• Execute sales strategies, marketing plans, and implement laboratory services agreements (LSAs)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure attainment of objectives
• Maintain high levels of product, market, and competitor knowledge

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in Oncology or Diagnostic sales
• Knowledge of local oncology market, molecular diagnostics, personalized medicine, and reimbursement
• Ability to travel 50% - 75% within the territory
• Demonstrated leadership, financial management, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a startup environment
• Demonstrated oncology clinical and medical expertise
