About the role

Responsibilities

  • Establish, develop, and grow the Dayton, OH territory to exceed sales goals
  • Create strategic territory plans and manage business results including ROI and daily sales activity
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Drive strategic partnerships with academic and community cancer centers, clinics, and hospitals
  • Execute sales strategies, marketing plans, and implement laboratory services agreements (LSAs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional market partners to ensure goal attainment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in Oncology or Diagnostic sales
  • Knowledge of the local oncology market, molecular diagnostics, personalized medicine, and reimbursement
  • Ability to travel 50% - 75% within the territory
  • Demonstrated leadership, financial management, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a startup environment
  • Clinical and medical expertise in oncology
