About the role
Responsibilities
- Establish, develop, and grow the oncology diagnostics territory to exceed sales goals
- Create strategic territory plans and manage business results including ROI and daily sales activity
- Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic and community cancer centers, clinics, and hospitals
- Execute sales strategies, marketing plans, and implement laboratory services agreements (LSAs)
- Collaborate with cross-functional market partners to ensure goal attainment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in Oncology or Diagnostic sales
- Knowledge of local oncology market, molecular diagnostics, personalized medicine, and reimbursement
- Ability to travel 50% - 75% within the territory
- Demonstrated leadership, financial management, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a startup environment
- Clinical and medical expertise in oncology
