Clinical Nurse (PREOP/PACU)

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care following American Nurses Association and Ohio Board of Nursing standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal health for pediatric patients and their families.
• Deliver proficient nursing care based on detailed assessments of patient and family needs.
• Promote a patient and family experience-oriented environment.
• Act as a change agent to meet rapidly changing census and customer needs.
• Work across both Main Campus and South Campus locations.

Requirements

• Associate degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Current Registered Nursing license in the State of Ohio.
• CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) certification.
• Ability to reach the Main Campus within 30 minutes when called for on-call duties.

Preferred Qualifications

• Dedication to acquiring a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within 5 years of hire.
