Clinical Nurse

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, including vital signs and clinical status, in inpatient settings
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders, nursing standards, and institutional policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized plans of care
• Provide essential patient and family education, support, and care coordination
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation within the electronic medical record system

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN required)
• Minimum of 1.5 years of Registered Nurse (RN) experience
• Active New York State RN license
• Experience utilizing EPIC or a similar electronic medical record (EMR) system

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medical-surgical oncology or telemetry settings
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented inpatient environment
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
