Clinical Nurse Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to mental health patients, including assessment, care planning, and evaluation of outcomes
• Support and guide nursing staff and healthcare aides through supervision, mentoring, and day-to-day clinical leadership
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and allied health professionals to deliver holistic mental health services
• Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, scope of practice, and clinical governance requirements
• Conduct mental health risk assessments and manage patients in crisis situations
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, audits, and service development activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• DOH license holder or eligibility letter
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in a mental health or psychiatric care setting
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a team lead role
