Clinical Nurse ICU Nights

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.
• Promote patient and family-centered care in a healing environment.
• Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration.
• Develop and document individual plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
• Use critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
• Participate in activities that promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness as this is a safety-sensitive position.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BSN) in Nursing.
• Less than 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
