Clinical Nurse - Hem/Onc

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using standards outlined by the American Nurses Association and the Ohio Board of Nursing
• Interact with an interdisciplinary team to promote the optimal health potential of pediatric patients and their families
• Deliver proficient nursing care based on detailed assessments of patient and family needs
• Promote a patient and family experience-oriented environment
• Act as a change agent to meet the rapidly changing census and needs of internal and external customers

Requirements

• Associate degree in nursing from an accredited program
• Registered Nursing license in the State of Ohio
• Current CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Dedication to acquiring a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within 5 years of hire
