Clinical Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to pediatric patients and families within a home care setting
• Utilize standards of care and professional performance outlined by the American Nurses Association and the Ohio Board of Nursing
• Interact with an interdisciplinary team to promote optimal health potential for patients and families
• Deliver competent nursing care based on documented assessments of patient and family needs
• Promote a patient and family experience-oriented environment
• Act as a change agent to meet the evolving needs of internal and external customers

Requirements

• Registered Nurse license
• Valid Ohio driver’s license
• Minimum of 21 years of age
• Commitment to obtain a BSN within 5 years of hire
• Ability to meet all eligibility criteria for coverage under the hospital’s insurance policy
