Clinical Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care following American Nurses Association and Ohio Board of Nursing standards
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote optimal health for patients and their families
• Perform detailed assessments of patient and family needs to deliver proficient care
• Maintain a patient and family experience-oriented environment
• Act as a change agent to adapt to changing census and customer needs within the Mental Health Unit

Requirements

• Associate degree in nursing from an accredited program
• Current Registered Nursing license in the State of Ohio
• CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) certification
• Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) on a 36-hour weekly schedule
• Availability for weekend and holiday rotations

Preferred Qualifications

• Dedication to acquiring a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) within 5 years of hire
