Clinical Mental Health Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage program integrity, planning, coordination, and auditing for identified locations
• Provide clinical supervision to Behavioral Health Clinicians, Peer Support Specialists, and other mental health staff
• Oversee the assessment, intake, discharge, and continuing care planning processes
• Ensure the provision of quality, cost-effective behavioral health services in accordance with WAC regulations
• Implement personnel management processes including recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff
• Develop and maintain Quality Assurance standards and practices to ensure high quality of care
• Collaborate with leadership to develop program policies and procedures that maximize client and staff safety

Requirements

• Master's Degree in human services, healthcare, social work, or substance use disorder field
• At least two years of supervisory or relevant experience in human services or mental health
• Independent Mental Health license (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC)
• Qualified to be a Mental Health Professional (MHP) under WAC 388-865
• Experience in program development and state licensing
• Experience working with individuals with multiple co-morbid conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• Meets qualifications to be an Approved Supervisor per WAC 246-809-234
