About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage program integrity, planning, coordination, and auditing for identified locations
- Provide clinical supervision to Behavioral Health Clinicians, Peer Support Specialists, and other mental health staff
- Oversee the assessment, intake, discharge, and continuing care planning processes
- Ensure the provision of quality, cost-effective behavioral health services in accordance with WAC regulations
- Implement personnel management processes including recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff
- Develop and maintain Quality Assurance standards and practices to ensure high quality of care
- Collaborate with leadership to develop program policies and procedures that maximize client and staff safety
Requirements
- Master's Degree in human services, healthcare, social work, or substance use disorder field
- At least two years of supervisory or relevant experience in human services or mental health
- Independent Mental Health license (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC)
- Qualified to be a Mental Health Professional (MHP) under WAC 388-865
- Experience in program development and state licensing
- Experience working with individuals with multiple co-morbid conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Meets qualifications to be an Approved Supervisor per WAC 246-809-234
