Clinical Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of home health nurses, rehab therapists, and other clinicians
• Ensure high-quality patient care and strict regulatory compliance
• Serve as a mentor and leader to inspire clinical excellence
• Foster a supportive team culture and manage staff development
• Act as a problem-solver for clinical and operational challenges

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program
• Active Professional License to practice in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
• Proven experience in home care settings
• Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare Home Health Conditions of Participation
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• BLS certification
• OASIS certification
• Experience working with a union clinical team
