Responsibilities
- Lead clinical excellence and manage clinical risk
- Plan and execute effective continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide operational oversight of the clinical team including rosters, recruitment, and budgeting
- Foster a care delivery culture that supports Arvida values and purpose
- Promote the Attitude of Living Well approach and resident-led culture
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a current NZ Annual Practicing Certificate
- At least 3 years experience managing a clinical team
- Experience with budget management
- Leadership and people management experience including recruitment and development
- Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage change and solve problems
Preferred Qualifications
- Post graduate qualification in Gerontological Nursing or Business Management
- Demonstrated commitment to resident-led models of care
