About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical excellence and manage clinical risk
- Plan and execute continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide operational oversight of the clinical team including rosters, recruitment, and budgeting
- Promote the Attitude of Living Well approach and resident-led culture
- Ensure care delivery meets contractual and legislative requirements
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with a current NZ Annual Practicing Certificate
- At least 3 years experience managing a clinical team
- Experience with budget management
- Leadership and people management experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with resident-led models of care
Preferred Qualifications
- Post graduate qualification in Gerontological Nursing or Business Management
