About the role
Responsibilities
- Direct administrative, support, and direct service functions for West-Valley Community Living Programs.
- Plan, organize, and direct clinical therapeutic services for adult populations, including substance use and dual-diagnosis clients.
- Develop annual goals, objectives, and strategic plans for assigned sites.
- Manage division manpower, facilities, and budgets, including reviewing financial reports and approving expenses.
- Select, train, and manage qualified personnel, providing orientation and conducting performance reviews.
- Coordinate with internal organizational components and external agencies to foster community relations and client service coordination.
- Collect and maintain quality improvement data and site performance measurements to evaluate service effectiveness.
- Conduct client assessments, develop individual treatment plans, and provide individual and group counseling, including crisis management.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Behavioral Health.
- Independent licensure (LPC or LCSW) issued by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
- At least one year of supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in EHR programs (NextGen preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid Arizona driver's license and meeting company driving policy requirements.
- Valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain one within 7 days of employment).
- Ability to pass a TB test, drug screening, and background check.
