About the role
Responsibilities
- Hold clinical and operational responsibility for an outpatient psychotherapy practice and an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at a single site.
- Carry a clinical caseload to maintain current and credible clinical judgment.
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to pre-licensed clinicians.
- Lead the site "pod," serving as a reflective container for the team's clinical experience.
- Protect the fidelity of the systemic, relational, and developmental model across all programs.
- Manage site operations including appraisal, performance development, scheduling, and coverage.
- Ensure compliance with clinic documentation standards, managed-care requirements, and APA Code of Ethics.
Requirements
- Master's or doctoral degree in a mental health profession from an accredited program.
- Full, unrestricted Minnesota mental health licensure (LP, LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC).
- Designation as an approved clinical supervisor with demonstrated supervision competence.
- Demonstrated competence in relational and systemic psychotherapy.
- Demonstrated competence in relational/systemic group therapy and family therapy.
- Capacity to hold both operational authority and a reflective clinical container as distinct functions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior leadership, management, or program responsibility.
- Formal training in child or family therapy.
- BBHT-approved supervisor status.
