Clinical Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Executive Director on interviewing, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management
• Conduct 1:1 supervision, annual reviews, and feedback sessions
• Ensure adherence to evidence-based, harm-reduction, and recovery-oriented care models
• Coach staff in Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and Trauma-Informed Care
• Manage clinical KPIs including patient retention, program completion, and outcomes
• Maintain CARF and state regulatory readiness
• Resolve patient concerns and provide direct clinical coverage or crisis support when needed
• Lead organization-wide clinical trainings and build community partnerships

Requirements

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related)
• 5+ years of experience with substance use and co-occurring disorders
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in human services or behavioral health
• Board-approved supervisor status in Maryland
• Strong knowledge of CARF standards, state regulations, and DEA requirements
• Skilled in group and individual counseling with EMR experience

Preferred Qualifications

• LCPC or LCSW with board approval to supervise licensed counselors/social workers
