About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise counseling staff and provide leadership for the clinical team
- Provide counseling and services to patients, including group activities
- Define and refine counseling service models and strategies
- Monitor quality of service delivery and ensure compliance with HIPAA and Joint Commission
- Oversee case file management and monthly tracking reports
- Recruit, train, and conduct performance appraisals for staff
- Manage clinical budgets and contribute to strategic planning
- Act as a liaison to internal departments and the community of eating disorder professionals
Requirements
- Graduate degree in mental health or a related field
- Active LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or similar licensure in the assigned state
- 5+ years of experience working with mood, anxiety, eating disorders, and/or trauma-related disorders
- Deep understanding of clinical treatment for the specified disorders
- If at an eating disorder location, 5+ years of specific experience with eating disorders
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience
