Clinical Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise counseling staff and provide leadership for the clinical team
• Provide counseling and services to patients, including group activities
• Define and refine counseling service models and strategies
• Monitor quality of service delivery and ensure compliance with HIPAA and Joint Commission
• Oversee case file management and monthly tracking reports
• Recruit, train, and conduct performance appraisals for staff
• Manage clinical budgets and contribute to strategic planning
• Act as a liaison to internal departments and the community of eating disorder professionals

Requirements

• Graduate degree in mental health or a related field
• Active LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or similar licensure in the assigned state
• 5+ years of experience working with mood, anxiety, eating disorders, and/or trauma-related disorders
• Deep understanding of clinical treatment for the specified disorders
• If at an eating disorder location, 5+ years of specific experience with eating disorders

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience
