Clinical Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for counseling services, including defining service models and managing staff
• Supervise the clinical team to maximize coordination and collaboration
• Implement strategies for patient assignment and monitor service quality
• Oversee case file management and monthly tracking reports
• Provide direct counseling and facilitate group activities
• Recruit, train, and conduct performance appraisals for staff
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Joint Commission standards
• Manage clinical budgets and contribute to strategic planning

Requirements

• Graduate degree in mental health or a related field
• Active LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or similar licensure in the assigned state
• 5+ years of experience working with mood, anxiety, eating, or trauma-related disorders
• 5+ years of experience specifically with eating disorders if at an eating disorder location
• For Colorado RCCF roles: college degree and 2+ years of childcare experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience
