About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership for counseling services, including defining service models and managing staff
- Supervise the clinical team to maximize coordination and collaboration
- Implement strategies for patient assignment and monitor service quality
- Oversee case file management and monthly tracking reports
- Provide direct counseling and facilitate group activities
- Recruit, train, and conduct performance appraisals for staff
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Joint Commission standards
- Manage clinical budgets and contribute to strategic planning
Requirements
- Graduate degree in mental health or a related field
- Active LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or similar licensure in the assigned state
- 5+ years of experience working with mood, anxiety, eating, or trauma-related disorders
- 5+ years of experience specifically with eating disorders if at an eating disorder location
- For Colorado RCCF roles: college degree and 2+ years of childcare experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience
