Clinical Liaison Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth within Dental Service Organisations (DSOs) and key accounts through high-impact clinical education.
• Own senior-level relationships with strategic customers, acting as a trusted partner and field presence.
• Collaborate with commercial and cross-functional teams on strategic account planning and program execution.
• Build clinical confidence in customers regarding Align’s Clinical Protocols, iTero Platform, and ClinCheck® Software.
• Manage and support key accounts in close partnership with sales to ensure delivery of agreed objectives.
• Mentor and coach peers to contribute to team capability and a culture of collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dentistry (or international equivalent) from an accredited university.
• 6-10 years of directly related professional experience.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English (French is a plus).
• Ability to travel to conduct field visits independently at least 50% of the time.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and persuasive communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to influence through public speaking.
