Clinical Liaison

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical training and consultation to orthodontists and dentists regarding the Invisalign system and digital solutions like ClinCheck software.
• Conduct regular field visits (approximately 70% travel) to customer practices in South Germany to provide hands-on clinical expertise.
• Plan and execute training sessions and study clubs to promote digital workflows and modern treatment methods.
• Offer clinical support and analyze customer inquiries, complaints, or technical occurrences.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to drive the clinical application of products.

Requirements

• Degree in dentistry, orthodontics, or a comparable highly qualified qualification in the dental field.
• Fluent German (written and spoken) and very good English skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% within South Germany and Switzerland.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within a medical or dental environment.
• Valid Class B driving license.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with digital tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
