Clinical Leader Obesity Research Institute

Responsibilities

• Lead the translation of scientific obesity research into clinical practice to ensure projects have a tangible impact on the population.
• Coordinate the design of clinical protocols in collaboration with research professors, ensuring scientific, regulatory, and ethical compliance.
• Design and manage a collaborative network of clinical and scientific partners, including doctors, hospitals, health centers, and international stakeholders.
• Analyze the continuous progress of Institute projects and their transition toward clinical studies.
• Support the Institute's participation in national and international research calls and funding opportunities.
• Integrate clinical research with the Institute's strategic units, including Clinical Food Design, Integrative Biology, Molecular Medicine, and Bioengineering.

Requirements

• Medical Doctor degree (obligatory) or a degree in Nutrition or General Medicine.
• Certification or specialized training in the design and management of clinical trials.
• Proven experience in developing and managing clinical protocols.
• Experience working with protocols approved by ethics committees.
