Clinical Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on clinical supervision through regular home and community visits
• Ensure interventions align with the Positive Development model and clinical treatment plans
• Conduct comprehensive in-person clinical assessments to evaluate developmental and behavioral functioning
• Develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Lead parent/caregiver meetings to establish family goals and collaboration strategies
• Deliver regular family coaching and education sessions both virtually and in-person
• Complete all required clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and supervision logs
• Maintain clinical records in compliance with state, payer, and company standards

Requirements

• Master’s degree and active clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LMHC)
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in developmental, behavioral, or autism services
• Experience providing field-based supervision and interdisciplinary case management
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Reliable transportation for frequent home and community visits
