About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on clinical supervision through regular home and community visits
- Observe DPP sessions and offer real-time feedback and coaching
- Conduct comprehensive in-person clinical assessments
- Lead parent/caregiver meetings to establish family goals and collaboration strategies
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Deliver regular family coaching and education sessions
- Complete all required clinical documentation including assessments and supervision logs
- Participate in regional fidelity reviews and peer supervision
Requirements
- Master’s degree and active clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LMHC)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in developmental, behavioral, or autism services
- Experience providing field-based supervision and interdisciplinary case management
- Reliable transportation for frequent home and community visits
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
