About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on clinical supervision through regular home and community visits, observing DPP sessions and offering real-time feedback
- Ensure DPPs are delivering interventions aligned with the Positive Development model and clinical treatment plan
- Conduct comprehensive in-person clinical assessments to evaluate developmental, behavioral, and relational functioning
- Develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans consistent with model and payer requirements
- Deliver regular family coaching and education sessions both virtually and in-person
- Complete all required clinical documentation including assessments, treatment plans, and supervision logs
- Lead interdisciplinary case reviews with internal and external providers
Requirements
- Master’s degree and active clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LMHC)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in developmental, behavioral, or autism services
- Experience providing field-based supervision and interdisciplinary case management
- Reliable transportation for frequent home and community visits
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
