Clinical Lead

Responsibilities

• Ensure clinical delivery of assigned projects in compliance with regulatory requirements (ICH-GCP), customer contracts, and internal SOPs.
• Accountable for meeting project recruitment targets and implementing appropriate recruitment strategies.
• Contribute to project risk mitigation plans and manage clinical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage clinical aspects of project finances, including monitoring Estimate at Completion (EAC) and identifying out-of-scope work.
• Lead and manage clinical teams, including resourcing, talent planning, and providing performance feedback.
• Identify and manage internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and resolution management.
• Support business development by contributing to clinical delivery strategies for proposals and participating in bid defense meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare or scientific discipline.
• 5 years of clinical research or monitoring experience.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of project management terminology and practices.
• Understanding of project finances and clinical research industry environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
