Clinical Lab Learning Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learner-focused training materials compliant with CLIA, CAP, and QMS standards.
• Support the rollout of new training programs, SOP updates, and laboratory initiatives.
• Track and report training completion, competency status, and audit readiness.
• Deliver new hire and continuing education sessions in both in-person and virtual formats.
• Partner with Quality, Operations, and laboratory teams to ensure compliance and support continuous improvement.
• Contribute to training readiness for new automation or test systems, including validation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; or Associate Degree with 2 years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years of clinical laboratory experience.
• Professional working knowledge of HIPAA, GLP, and GDP.
• Basic understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Knowledge of laboratory operations and quality systems such as CLIA, CAP, and QMS.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate logistics across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree specifically in a life science, education, or instructional design field.
