Clinical Intern or Licensed Clinician

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and psychological assessments and evaluations
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
• Monitor client progress and implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources
• Complete case management duties and documentation
• Report suspected abuse as legally mandated
• Provide individual patient, family therapy, and crisis intervention
• Communicate with family members and caretakers regarding patient needs
• Create appropriate discharge plans

Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
• Active Nevada State licensure (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or Clinical Intern)
• Experience working with youth patients with special needs (autism, IDD)
• Minimum one year of inpatient clinical work preferred
• Experience with therapeutic limit-setting and behavior management helpful
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries
