About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the product design, implementation, and outcomes from start to finish across multiple clinical intelligence features
  • Translate clinical expertise into scalable logic, workflows, and quality standards used across the platform
  • Evaluate and refine system performance to ensure clinical accuracy and reliability using AI and agent outputs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure platform behavior reflects real-world clinical reasoning
  • Develop and maintain operational and financial performance analyses to drive prioritization
  • Build and scale new workflows and implement AI-powered efficiency gains with engineers
  • Explore and execute on new opportunities including strategic partnerships and new products

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of clinical experience as an MD, DO, NP, PA, or similar advanced clinical role
  • 1-3 years of experience in analytical problem-solving or operational roles (e.g., startup, consulting, finance)
  • Technical background or experience working with complex data
  • Ability to learn SQL and low-code tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record of delivering on goals in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience directly providing patient care and clinical decision-making
  • Experience in a 0 -> 1 business line at a high-performing organization
