Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing students during clinical rotations in pediatric healthcare settings
- Provide guidance, support, and instruction to help students develop clinical skills
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback on clinical competencies
- Collaborate with healthcare facility staff to ensure students meet learning objectives
- Maintain high standards of patient care and model best practices for students
Requirements
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience
- BSN required; Master's degree in nursing or higher is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Clinical experience specifically in Pediatrics
- Previous experience as a clinical instructor or nursing educator
