Clinical Instructor in General Medicine Program

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide students during clinical rotations and practical sessions
• Deliver bedside teaching, case discussions, and clinical demonstrations
• Support the development of clinical reasoning, patient assessment, and decision-making skills
• Evaluate student clinical performance using structured assessment tools and provide constructive feedback
• Mentor students to help them overcome academic and clinical challenges
• Participate in student evaluations and clinical assessments such as OSCEs
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, evaluations, and reports
• Collaborate with faculty, clinical teams, and hospital partners to ensure professional standards

Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent degree in Medicine
• Valid professional license and SCFHS registration
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical practice experience
• Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in clinical teaching or supervision
• Proficiency in using LMS and digital tools for teaching and documentation
