Clinical Instructor, Adjunct Faculty

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and instruction to graduate students in the Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis program.
• Deliver approximately 25 hours of direct supervision to assigned students over the course of a semester.
• Model professional behavior, ethical standards, and evidence-based practices in a clinical setting.
• Provide ongoing verbal and written feedback to students regarding their clinical progress and development of clinical judgment.
• Facilitate student development in observation, assessment, decision-making, and professional communication skills.
• Maintain accurate records, complete student evaluations, and hold pre- and post-clinical conferences.
• Collaborate with the Fieldwork Coordinator, Program Director, and lead course faculty to ensure student success.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• BCBA certification and relevant state licensure (if applicable).
• At least 3 years of clinical practice experience.
• Must meet all Supervisor Qualifications as set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Ability to maintain criminal history and background check clearance.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and leadership abilities.
