Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing students during clinical rotations in various healthcare settings
- Provide guidance, support, and direct instruction to help students develop clinical skills
- Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and assess clinical competencies
- Collaborate with healthcare facility staff to ensure students meet clinical learning objectives
- Maintain high standards of patient care and model best practices for students
Requirements
- BSN or Master's degree in nursing (Master's preferred)
- Active and unencumbered Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Acute or Critical Care settings
- Previous experience as a clinical instructor or nursing educator
- Alignment with the Christian mission of the university
