Clinical Instructor: Acute/Critical Care

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing students during clinical rotations in various healthcare settings
• Provide guidance, support, and direct instruction to help students develop clinical skills
• Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and assess clinical competencies
• Collaborate with healthcare facility staff to ensure students meet clinical learning objectives
• Maintain high standards of patient care and model best practices for students

Requirements

• BSN or Master's degree in nursing (Master's preferred)
• Active and unencumbered Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Acute or Critical Care settings
• Previous experience as a clinical instructor or nursing educator
• Alignment with the Christian mission of the university
