Clinical Instructor: Acute/Critical Care

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing students during clinical rotations in various healthcare settings
• Provide guidance, support, and direct instruction to help students develop clinical skills
• Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and assess clinical competencies
• Collaborate with healthcare facility staff to ensure students meet clinical learning objectives
• Maintain high standards of patient care and model best practices for students

Requirements

• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience
• BSN required; Master's degree in nursing or higher is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Acute or Critical Care settings
• Previous experience as a clinical instructor or nursing educator
