About the Company

The Atria Health Institute is a membership-based primary and specialty health care practice with a focus on prevention and longevity. We bring together a multidisciplinary team of renowned physicians to provide proactive, preventive, and precision-based care for Atria members and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Support ongoing usage of the athenaOne EHR and other clinical and non-clinical tools
  • Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity, and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Set up new employees on clinical systems and configure EHR to meet clinical workflows
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement in EHR and clinical systems
  • Collaborate with Informatics, IT, and Clinical teams to optimize workflows
  • Conduct on-site one-on-one and group training sessions
  • Develop job-aids and training materials to support various workflows
  • Travel to various locations to support onboarding and provide on-site support
  • Contribute to a knowledge base including FAQs and job aids

Requirements

  • 5+ years of EHR and clinical systems experience in development, implementation, training, or support
  • Experience with electronic health records, clinical documentation, and workflows
  • AthenaOne experience preferred
  • Experience working directly with clinical staff
  • Ability to work 4-5 days on-site in Beverly Hills
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations, interoperability standards, and IT best practices
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
