About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support ongoing usage of the athenaOne EHR and other clinical and non-clinical tools
  • Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity, and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Set up new employees on clinical systems and configure EHR to meet clinical workflows
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement in EHR and clinical systems and partner with stakeholders to implement solutions
  • Collaborate with Informatics, IT, and Clinical teams to integrate systems and optimize workflows
  • Conduct on-site one-on-one and group training sessions for clinical system users
  • Develop job aids, training materials, and a knowledge base (FAQs, etc.) to support various workflows
  • Travel to various locations to support onboarding and provide on-site support (up to 50% domestic travel)

Requirements

  • 5+ years of EHR and clinical systems experience in development, implementation, training, or support
  • 5+ years of on-site and remote support and hands-on training experience
  • 3-5 years of experience developing training materials
  • Experience working directly with clinical staff
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency with clinical documentation and workflows
  • Understanding of healthcare regulations, interoperability standards, and IT best practices
  • Excellent oral and written communication, critical thinking, and project management skills
  • Ability to work on-site 4-5 days a week in Beverly Hills, LA, with up to 50% travel
