Clinical Field Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and market expansion through direct engagement with MFMs, OB/GYNs, and Genetic Counselors
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to accelerate revenue in the North and South Dakota territory
• Provide clinical expertise, educational support, and hands-on training in technical product applications
• Prospect and cultivate key professional relationships
• Support both established products and new product launches
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA/PHI privacy and security training

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Nursing, or a related healthcare discipline
• Minimum of three years of physician sales experience in the diagnostic laboratory industry
• Experience within the genetics field is highly preferred
• Proven success selling into OB/GYN and MFM markets
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Gmail

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong background in medical or biological sciences
• Experience in clinical diagnostics
• Demonstrated success in launching new products and driving rapid revenue growth
