Clinical Experience Lead

Adaptive Home Health is pioneering a higher-acuity, patient-centered, skilled home health model across Texas. Our mission is to dramatically improve patient access to home health care — starting with clinicians who feel supported, connected, and equipped to thrive.

Responsibilities

• Own the first 60 days of the clinician experience through proactive check-in schedules and structured touchpoints
• Ensure seamless onboarding including orientation, materials preparation, and tech setup
• Foster office culture by organizing team events and sending personalized notes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clinicians to resolve questions or connect them to leadership
• Provide basic IT support for login issues, password resets, and Microsoft Teams
• Support the Houston GM with office operations and manage supply coordination for clinicians

Requirements

• Based in Houston and able to work primarily on-site
• 1+ year in a people-facing role such as coordination, hospitality, office management, or customer success
• Outstanding interpersonal warmth and energy
• Exceptionally organized and reliable with strong follow-through
• Comfortable using everyday technology and eager to learn basic IT support
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or home health
• Experience in onboarding or employee engagement
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams/365
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish)
