Clinical Engineer

Using a proprietary active learning architecture, Anima serves over 20% of the UK population across 1,100+ clinics, aiming to solve complex medical problems through advanced data engines and AI.

Responsibilities

• Use medical training to solve novel technical problems that impact patient outcomes
• Own projects end-to-end from conception to shipping fast
• Optimize for user experience (UX) over arbitrary technical goals
• Work within a highly scalable, serverless AWS stack to build clinical and patient-facing applications

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD/equivalent)
• Proficiency in coding, specifically TypeScript and JavaScript
• Experience with frameworks such as Angular, Node, or React
• Experience with AWS services (e.g., API Gateway, SQS, DynamoDB, Lambda, Cognito, Amplify, CloudFormation) or a strong desire to learn
• Track record of learning new programming languages

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Electron
• Experience with AppSync GraphQL
• Experience with analytics tools like Mixpanel or Posthog
