Clinical Educator Medication Delivery

Responsibilities

• Support sales goals for the Medication Delivery and Pharma units by executing clinical education strategies.
• Implement educational content for strategic products to promote therapy and product positioning.
• Provide product and equipment training to nursing and medical staff to ensure treatment quality and correct device operation.
• Manage the creation, validation, and approval of Drug Libraries (BDL) for assigned clients.
• Collaborate on project implementation activities, including demo training, equipment delivery, installation, and inventory management.
• Execute academic sessions for both internal teams and external clients.
• Maintain accurate records of field activities and client interactions using CRM and productivity reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, QFB (Químico Farmacéutico Biólogo), or Pharmacy.
• 1+ years of experience working in a hospital environment.
• Proven experience generating drug libraries for infusion pumps.
• Experience in product training related to Medication Delivery, Pharma, or Nutrition.
• Strong knowledge of central mixing units and high-risk medications.
• Technical knowledge of medical equipment, specifically infusion pumps.
