Clinical Educator

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver clinical training materials tailored to organizational needs, including onboarding and ongoing training modules
• Collaborate with District Managers and the National Clinical Services Manager to prioritize and coordinate regional training programs
• Identify and implement clinical best practices across the team
• Oversee clinical quality by reviewing documentation and conducting joint sessions with clinical staff to provide guidance and feedback
• Maintain detailed records of all training activities, attendance, assessments, and required retraining
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and surveys to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Registered Nurse (RN) with current registration
• LPN or RPN registration is also accepted
• 5+ years of related clinical experience, including respiratory homecare experience
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and inform diverse audiences
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and a results-driven approach
