Clinical Educator

Responsibilities

• Deliver standardized, competency-based training programs including new employee orientation and preceptor training
• Develop and implement educational programs for chronic kidney disease treatment to promote patient safety and clinical quality
• Collaborate with regional and facility partners to schedule and implement training technologies and processes
• Use various facilitation techniques and generational learning tools to create engaging learning experiences
• Maintain effective communication with management, facility teams, physicians, and government agencies
• Support metric and KPI programs through timely data documentation and reporting
• Travel between assigned facilities and community locations (approximately 35-80% travel)

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited school
• Current RN state licensure in primary state of residence
• Minimum 1-year dialysis experience as a Registered Nurse
• Successful completion and maintenance of CPR BLS Certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (BSN or MSN)
• CDN or CNN certification, or ability to attain within 18 months of employment
